This is the closest hotel to the conference venue and is a 7 minute walk. All bookings must be made on the official booking form to receive the negotiated conference rate. In order to secure a reservation, all hotel bookings must be accompanied by a minimum deposit of one (1) night’s room rate. The deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited if you do not arrive on the date for which you have booked.
